The PKAL Summer Leadership Institute 2015 offered a time for quiet reflection and leadership development. I enjoyed being a mentor and facilitator at the event. The participants were passionate about their personal growth as leader and the initiatives proposed for their respective campuses. The institute was held at the Claggett Center.
