Spelman College has been awarded a $1.25 million UNCF® Career Pathways Initiative (CPI) implementation grant. Funded by the Lilly Endowment Inc., the project focuses on the development of career pathways that lead to improved 21st century employment outcomes. Spelman College is one of 24 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) to receive this award. The project is under the direction of Dr. Tinaz Pavri, Professor of Political Science, Division Chair for the Social Sciences and Education and Director of the Asian Studies Program.
