The National Science Foundation updates its Grant Proposal Guide every January. One of the most notable changes in the 2016 GPG has to do with how applicants will disclose their collaborators and affiliations. These disclosures help program officers avoid potential conflicts or bias in the selection of reviewers.
Before this latest revision, a list of collaborators, thesis advisers, students, was included as a section of the biosketch.
