The Whiting Foundation is accepting applications from humanities faculty for its Public Engagement Fellowships. Whiting Fellows devote at least 6 months to a project that brings the humanities to new audiences. Fellows receive up to $50,000 to support leave or teaching release and project expenses. Past fellows have created apps, podcasts, teaching materials, websites, exhibitions and non-traditional monographs. Detailed instructions for applying are available online.
